At Tyconium, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

1. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and labels attached.

2. Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers must bear the return shipping cost, except if the item delivered was defective or incorrect, in which case Tyconium will cover the cost.
